Jennifer is also the founder of Innovate HER/HIM, a mentoring program designed to provide soft skills, career development, self-improvement, and mentorship to underserved youth in the community. The program was established in 2016, and has consistently evolved to support the skills necessary for the target population to be successful. The Innovate program aims to accelerate the personal and professional development of the participating mentees. Through this program she is inspiring youth to achieve their greatest potential.
