Born and raised in North Philadelphia, Dr. Jennifer Nieves is a proud first-generation college graduate and a lifelong learner dedicated to empowering women, uplifting communities, and transforming education.​

Dr. Nieves holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology, a Master’s in Business Administration, and a second Master’s in Educational Leadership. She earned her Doctorate in Education in Leadership and Learning, specializing in Organizational Leadership. She is also a certified Pk–12 Principal and Vocational Administrator in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Through her leadership, podcast, and women’s empowerment group, InnovateHER, Dr. Nieves continues to inspire others to “Create the Life They Love” while building stronger communities from the ground up.
